      以高强IF钢热镀锌层为研究对象,借助扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究了镀层的组织形貌、物相和织构,分析了镀层与基底的对应取向关系。结果显示,470 ℃热浸120 s后,镀层由内到外依次为:致密层δ相,粗大的柱状晶层ζ相,短棒状ζ相。柱状晶层和短棒状ζ相的主要织构均为{010}和{201}面织构,柱状晶层ζ相的织构更强;致密层δ相主要为{1010}和{1120}面织构。α-Fe的{111}面与δ相的{1010}或{1120}晶面之间形成半共格界面,{111}〈110〉和{111}〈112〉分别与{1010}〈1120〉和{1120}〈1100〉相对应。由于半共格界面的界面能较低,结构稳定,镀层与基体的结合性更好。

      With galvanizing coatings of high strength IF steel as the research object, the microstructure, phase and textures of galvanizing coatings were studied by SEM, EDS and XRD. The orientation relationships between galvanizing coatings and substrate were also analyzed. After galvanizing at 470 ℃ for 120 s, the galvanizing coatings from the inside to the outside are as follows:the compact layer of δ phase, the columnar crystal layer of ζ phase and the small sticks of ζ phase. The main texture components of the columnar crystal layer and small sticks of ζ phase are {010} and {201} plane textures, and the texture strength of columnar crystal layer of the ζ phase is stronger. The main texture components of the compact δ phase are {1010} and {1120} plane textures. The semicoherent interface is formed between {111} planes of the α-Fe and the {1010} or {1120} planes of the δ phase, the {111}〈110〉 and {111}〈112〉 are correspond to the {1010}〈1120〉 and {1120}〈1100〉, respectively. Due to the lower interfacial energy of semicoherent interface, the structure is more stable and the associativity of coatings and matrix is better.
