脱细胞真皮基质(Acellular dermal matrix,ADM)是由真皮组织通过一系列物理化学及生物的方法制备而得的胶原聚集体。ADM具有较低的免疫原性,但其使用性欠佳,对ADM进行改性可提高其理化性能。本文就改性对ADM的生物相容性、稳定性、耐降解性能、力学性能、亲水性、孔径与孔隙率、抗菌性及促血管化性能的影响展开综述,并总结了ADM的免疫学特点、作用机制、转归方面的特性及其在临床各科的应用。 |

Acellular dermal matrix (ADM) is an aggregation of collagen fibers prepared by dermal tissue through a series of physical, chemical and biological processes, which displays low immunogenicity but relatively poor usability. And the physical and chemical properties of ADM can be improved by modification. This paper provide a vivid description over the research on the modification effect of ADM with respect to biological compatibility, stability and degradation resistance, mechanical properties, hydrophilicity, porosity, antibacterial ability and angiogenic properties, as well as a summary of the ADM’s immunologic properties, immunologic mechanisms, biological transition characteristics in tissue repair and clinical applications. |
