      以酵母细胞为模板,通过生物模板法制得钼酸铁空心微球材料,采用XRD、SEM、FTIR以及氮气吸脱附等手段,对样品的物相、微观形貌及比表面积等进行表征;并以亚甲基蓝模拟染料废水为研究对象,评价了样品的高级氧化催化性能。结果表明:生物模板法得到的钼酸铁空心微球为单斜晶系Fe2(MoO4)3,样品分散度良好,形貌一致,较好地保持了酵母细胞椭圆形的形貌,平均尺寸约为5.6 μm×3.7 μm,比表面积为14.9 m2/g;钼酸铁空心微球作为类Fenton催化剂应用于亚甲基蓝模拟染料废水处理,表现出优异的高级氧化催化活性,当催化剂用量为1 g/L、H2O2浓度为300 mmol/L、反应温度25 ℃、pH=5时,反应60 min后对100 mg/L模拟染料废水中亚甲基蓝的去除率可达98%以上。

      Iron molybdate hollow microspheres were successfully synthesized through biotemplating route by employing yeast cells as templates. Several techniques including XRD, SEM, FT-IR and nitrogen adsorption-desorption were used in the characterization of crystal phase, microstructure morphology and the specific surface area of samples and etc. To evaluate the advanced oxidation catalytic properties of the as-prepared sample, we examined the Fenton-like degradation of methylene blue dye wastewater with iron molybdate hollow microspheres. The results showed that the biotemplated iron molybdate hollow microspheres were of monoclinic phase with good dispersibility and uniform morphology of well-defined oval shape directed by yeast cells. The average size of as-prepared iron molybdate hollow microspheres was about 5.6 μm×3.7 μm, and the specific surface area of sample was 14.9 m2/g. As Fenton-like catalysts, iron molybdate hollow microspheres showed excellent advanced oxidation catalytic activity in methylene blue dye waste water processing. And the degradation rate of methylene blue was more than 98% in 60 min when 1 g/L iron molybdate hollow microspheres and 300 mmol/L H2O2 was used in the degradation of 60 mL methylene blue solution in concentration of 100 mg/L at 25 ℃ and with pH value of 5.
