      利用超声波C扫描法对1.5 mm厚的钛合金板点焊接头进行超声成像检测;分析了不同焊接电流下获得接头的A扫描信号和C扫描图像特征;对接头进行了拉伸-剪切试验,测试了接头的强度。结果表明,通过观察C扫描图像的特征与A扫描信号的变化,能够很好地划分点焊接头的热影响区、熔合区、熔核区以及焊接缺陷;随着焊接电流(7~11.5 kA)的逐渐增大,接头熔核直径呈递增趋势,相应的失效载荷均值从8392.8 N增加到11553.0 N;当电流为11.5 kA时,接头出现飞溅,但是由于飞溅并没有与熔核相连,接头的失效载荷与能量吸收值均有所增加。

      The quality of spot welds in 1.5 mm titanium alloy sheet metal was tested by using ultrasonic C-scan method. The specifics of the A-scan signals and the C-scan images were researched under different welding current. The tensile-shear tests were carried out to examine the mechanical behavior of spot welds. Results showed that the characteristics of C-scan image and the change A-scan signal could divide heat effected zone, melting area, nugget zone and weld defects of spot welds. The nugget diameters of sport welds increased with the increase of welding current, and the failure load average increased from 8392.8 N to 11553.0 N. When the current was 11.5 kA, the joints appeared splash, but the splash was not connected to the nugget, which leaded to the increase of the failure load and energy absorption of the spot welds.
