      以玉米衣为模板,利用生物模板法制备了生物遗态多孔ZnO。经过预处理的玉米衣在醋酸锌前驱体溶液中浸渍24 h,烘干,800 ℃煅烧3 h得到最终的产物。利用X射线衍射(X-ray)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)对其进行表征,并研究了对铅离子的吸附性能。结果表明:通过原位生长技术,结晶度良好的ZnO晶粒自组装形成表面多孔的类卷叶状生物遗态ZnO;生物遗态ZnO对铅离子有良好的吸附性能,吸附量为49.9 mg/g,在120 min可基本达到吸附平衡,吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型,吸附等温线拟合结果较为符合Langmuir模型,且升温有利于吸附的进行。

      Biomorphic porous ZnO was synthesized by using bio-template method with cornhusk as template. The treated cornhusk was soaked in zinc acetate precursor solution for 24 h and dried, then the soaked cornhusk was calcined at 800 ℃ for 3 h to obtain biomorphic ZnO. Different characterization techniques such as XRD, SEM and TEM were used to investigate the structure of as-prepared samples. The adsorption properties of as-synthesized ZnO for lead ions were also studied. Through an in-situ route, biomorphic porous ZnO with a class roll of leaf structure was synthesized by self-assembly of well-crystallized ZnO grain on cornhusk. Moreover, the as-synthesized biomorphic ZnO exhibited good adsorption property for lead ions, the adsorption capacity of biomorphic ZnO was 49.9 mg/g. The adsorption process can achieve equilibrium in 120 min and the adsorption process can be described with pseudo-second-order model. The adsorption isotherm model accords with the Langmuir isothermal model, the increase of temperature can also improve the adsorption performance of biomorphic ZnO.
