      新沥青/再生剂与老化沥青之间的扩散、混合程度决定着再生沥青混合料的性能。为探讨新沥青/再生剂与RAP表面裹覆老化沥青膜的相互作用,基于国内外研究现状,对比分析了新-旧沥青的混合模型、扩散理论及扩散渗透效果评价方式,认为现阶段的沥青混合模型及扩散机理尚存在一定的局限性,并不能真实反映新沥青/再生剂与老化沥青之间的扩散、混合情况,新沥青/再生剂与老化沥青之间扩散效率及混合程度评价方法的准确性有待商榷。提出运用分层抽提技术、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、红外光谱测量技术、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、原子力显微镜(AFM)研究新沥青/再生剂在老化沥青层中的扩散过程,表征新沥青/再生剂与老化沥青之间的混溶程度及老化沥青的再生效果。
英文摘要:
      The diffusion and mixing degree between virgin asphalt/rejuvenator and aged asphalt determines the performance of recycled asphalt mixture. In order to analysis the interaction between virgin asphalt/rejuvenator and aged asphalt film that coated on RAP surface, the blending model, diffusion theory and evaluation methods of diffusions effect of asphalt are compared and analyzed based on the latest domestic and international research. There are some limitations in the blending model and diffusion mechanism of asphalt at present stage,which cantnot actually reflects the diffusion and mixing process between virgin asphalt/rejuvenator and aged asphalt, and the accuracy of the evaluation method for the diffusion efficiency and the degree of mixing between the virgin asphalt/rejuvenator and the aged asphalt should be discussed. The layered extraction, gel permeation chromatography (GPC), infrared spectroscopy measurement, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), atomic force microscopy (AFM) are proposed to study the diffusion process of virgin asphalt/rejuvenator, the mixing degree between virgin asphalt/rejuvenator and aged asphalt, regeneration condition of aged asphalt can be characterized.
