摘要 依据酸性材料对贵金属催化剂具有毒性的观点,列举了汽车尾气净化催化剂陶瓷载体、柴油机车尾气烟尘微粒过滤器陶瓷过滤材料等存在的不足,提出了工业生产中几个值得开发或再研究的项目。粉末冶金多孔金属蜂窝做为汽车用贵金属催化剂载体具有可涂性好、涂层不易剥落、涂层量多、体积比表面较金属片大等优点,可以进一步提高催化活性,降低转化温度,节省贵金属,降低能耗。多孔金属材料载体价格高,完全可以采用降低贵金属耗量和减小催化器体积降低成本。

Abstract The acidic materials or elements(active carbon, graphite, sulphur, Al2O3, SiO2, cordierite ceramic etc)appear to be poisonous to the metal catalyst. Thus, some items worthy to be studied further are suggested. The powder metallurgy porous metal honeycomb as a support of automobile catalyst shows many advantages: shorter ignition time, lower light-off temperature, higher catalytic activity, lower consumption of noble metal and the plaster being not easily peeled off.
