摘要 基因转染是基因表达与功能研究的重要技术之一,安全高效的基因转染一直是研究者期待的目标。纳米微囊由于其良好的生物安全性,有较高的转染效率,具有良好的靶向性改造性能,显示了一定的缓释作用,成为基因转染的良好载体,在基因转染体系中日益受到广泛重视。本文就此方面的研究进行了综述。

Abstract Gene transfection is the main technology in gene expression and function study .Nanosphere has great potentialities in developing the ideal gene transfer vector due to its properties of biocompatibility, efficiency in gene transfection, easy gene targeting ,controllable release and so on The research about these aspects is reviewed in this paper.
