摘要 采用水热法制备了不同表面活性剂、不同pH值的ZnO。讨论了不同表面活性剂与pH值对ZnO光致发光及光催化性能的影响,同时研究了光催化时间对ZnO光催化性能的影响。结果表明:在反应温度180℃、pH=14下生成的ZnO(SDS)的平均粒径最小,为0.52μm,光致发光性能较好,对次甲基蓝的催化降解作用最好,135min后降解率达到100%。

Abstract The zinc oxides with different surfactants and pH values are prepared by the hydrothermal approach.The photoluminescence spectra and UV absorbtion are measured, and the influence of surfactant and pH on the photoluminescent and photocatalytic properties is analyzed. The effect of the time on the photocatalytic property of zinc oxide is also analyzed. The result shows that the average diameter of the ZnO with SDS (lauryl sodium sulfate) is about 0.52μm, when the reaction temperature is 180℃ and pH is 14. And its photoluminescent property is better. Besides, the methylence blue can be much more rapidly degraded in water solution by it. After degraded for 135 minutes, the degradation rate of the methylence blue can reach 100%.
