摘要 结合现代高校和社会对大学生动手能力、实践能力和创新能力的要求，对现阶段高校实验室的现状进行了深入的分析。明确指出现代高校实验室的不足之处，提出高校实验室改革措施。避免实验室重复建设，促进实验室资源整合，提高资源利用率，使原本实验场地和设备都紧张的现状得到缓解，加强实验员队伍建设，培养创新型人才。

Abstract The situation of laboratories in universities is analyzed deeply in this paper according to the educational aim of universities and social requirements to students’ ability of practice and innovation. Disadvantages and reformation measures of laboratories are put forward which consist of avoiding repeated construction of laboratories, collecting resources of laboratories and increase the use rate of laboratory resources. They are propitious to ameliorating the embarrassing actuality of laboratories and equipments in order to enhancing the construction of laboratory assistant teams and excellent innovative talents.
