摘要 采用加入钴内标元素的方法制备样品。用铁的Ka线与Kb线分别建立TFe的分析曲线，比较Ka曲线和Kb曲线的线性、精度以及准确性。通过分析实验结果，可以更合理地选择Fe的固定道。

Abstract A method joined to internel element cobalt for preparing specimen are introduced.Using Ka and Kb line building two analysing lines respectly,compared the Ka to Kb lines' attribution, precision and veracity.Through analysing the experiment results,we could select the Fe fixed channel properly.
